Straightforward fee schedule

Everyday activity is priced clearly in your Schedule of Fees. Relationship clients may qualify for waived or reduced monthly service charges when balance, direct deposit, or combined relationship requirements are met—your banker will confirm what applies to you before you fund the account.

ATM access & rebates

Use Goldspire and partner ATMs across the U.S. and in select international locations. Eligible accounts may receive monthly rebates for surcharges at ATMs outside our partner network, subject to program caps disclosed at account opening.

Earlier access to deposits

With qualifying direct deposit, you may receive eligible payroll and government payments up to two days early, depending on when the payer sends funds. Timing and availability follow our Funds Availability Policy.

Rates & yields

Interest Checking earns a variable annual percentage yield (APY) on qualifying balances. Accounts that do not pay interest are also available if you prefer a simpler structure.

APYs are variable, may change at any time after account opening, and are accurate only as of the date printed on your Truth in Savings disclosure. Higher relationship tiers and combined balances may qualify for improved yields where offered.

You will receive the rate in effect on the business day your account is opened. Existing clients can view personalized tiers after signing in.

Overdraft & declined items

Where available, overdraft transfer from linked accounts or a disclosed overdraft line may help you avoid returned payments. Regulation E governs opt-in for certain ATM and one-time debit overdrafts—you choose what you want enabled.

Wires & expedited payments

Domestic and international wires, and certain expedited payment options, may carry disclosed fees. Private clients may receive fee allowances or preferred pricing based on relationship tier.

How do I apply?

What do I need to open?

Government-issued ID, Social Security or tax ID, proof of address, and initial funding per product minimums. International clients may provide additional KYC documentation.

When is my debit card delivered?

Personalized cards typically arrive within 7–10 business days after account approval. Digital wallet provisioning may be available sooner where supported.

Can I send money to friends or pay bills from checking?

Yes—use bill pay, ACH transfers to external accounts, and wire options where enabled on your profile. Person-to-person transfer availability depends on the services activated for your relationship; your banker can enable eligible options and explain limits and cut-off times.

How do I avoid monthly service fees?

Each product lists waiver paths—typically a recurring direct deposit, a minimum daily balance, or combined deposits and investments across eligible Goldspire accounts. We will show you the exact combination that applies before you fund the account.
