Authorizations
By submitting this application, you authorize Goldspire Bank to obtain consumer reports,
verify employment and income, and use information
about your accounts with us and others as permitted by
law to evaluate this request and manage any account
opened. If an account is opened, use of the account
constitutes agreement to the Cardmember Agreement and
disclosures provided with your card.
Balance transfers

Transfers are contingent upon account approval and
available credit.

We may decline or reduce transfers that exceed
approved limits or program caps.

Do not transfer balances from accounts issued by Goldspire
or our affiliates if restricted by program rules.
Authorized users
Authorized users share the account number and charging
privileges but are not financially liable. Account
information may be reported to consumer reporting
agencies for all users and may affect their credit
scores. By adding a user, you confirm you have a
relationship with that person, that their information
is accurate, and that you have consent to add them.
Eligibility & changes
Offers may not be available to current or recent
cardmembers of the same product family per program
rules. Rates, fees, and benefits may change as
described in your agreement. You must meet age and
residency requirements for your state or territory.
Military Lending Act
Federal law provides protections for covered borrowers
and dependents. The MAPR for covered credit generally
may not exceed 36%, inclusive of certain fees and
charges. For a verbal description of your payment

USA PATRIOT Act
Federal law requires us to obtain, verify, and record
information that identifies each person who opens an
account, including name, address, date of birth, and
identification numbers.
State notices
New York: For comparative credit card
information, contact the New York State Department of
Financial Services.
Ohio: The Ohio Civil Rights
Commission administers compliance with credit
discrimination laws.
Wisconsin (married applicants):
Certain marital property agreements may affect credit;
obligations may be incurred in the interest of your
marriage or family. Additional spouse information may
be required.
Information sharing
We and affiliates may share information as described
in our Privacy Policy. You may have rights to limit
certain marketing sharing as provided in that policy
and applicable law.
